A Siberian town hit 100 degrees, setting a new record for the Arctic Circle.June temperatures in the remote Siberian town of Verkhoyansk (shown here in a historic summer image) average around 20° C. But on June 20, they climbed to 38° C (100.4° Fahrenheit).
