Boredom affects sleep quality: Boredom proneness predicted inattention, associated with bedtime procrastination and subsequent poor sleep quality. Fidgeting and mind wandering were associated with poor sleep via bedtime procrastination. This has implications to dealing with bedtime procrastination.
