Vegetarians who eat more processed foods are at higher risk of developing depression, a new study finds. Those with diets high in fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes & whole grains were found to be at lower risk of depression compared to fellow vegans & vegetarians with low quality diets.
